I'm a husband, dad of three, retired US Navy, and a self taught published photographer. Originally from Manitowoc, WI, I now reside in Chesapeake, VA. Since 2017, I've been shooting mostly stock & aviation photography. However, my photographic interests vary. I'm as enthusiastic about shooting airshows as I am photographing horses or landscapes! After retiring from the Navy as a musician, I was forced to quit playing the trombone due to a throat issue. I actively began transferring the lessons and skills learned with my ears to my eyes in order to keep the creative side of my brain engaged.
