About the Artist:
Having retired from both the Coast Guard and 20 yrs in IT field I have been able to revisit and redirect my creative energies toward an art driven life. I’ve been fortunate to study with many great artists through workshops. My work has been on display at several non-profit galleries in South and North Carolina. I’ve enjoyed working in watercolor, acrylics, oil and mixed media. Several of my works have been on display as public art “wrapped” around two Traffic Signal Boxes in Mount Pleasant. I'm looking forward to capturing the unique beauty of the Western North Carolina mountains after my recent move to Hendersonville, NC.
