About the Artist:
Jody Farmer is a U.S. Navy and Army veteran and cast-metal sculptor based in Grand Prairie, Texas. Currently pursuing an MFA in Sculpture at the University of Dallas, she combines digital fabrication with traditional bronze-casting processes. Drawing from her experiences with military service, chronic pain, and physical endurance, Farmer creates abstract forms that explore how bodies and systems reorganize under pressure to remain functional.
